Our firm acts as the Lead Engineering Consultant for the Rio Foods Industry Factory, a purpose-built biscuit and wafer production facility located in the Medium Industrial Zone, New Beni Suef City, Egypt. The project is designed to deliver a fully integrated food manufacturing environment that aligns with modern production standards, operational efficiency, and food safety requirements.
We are providing comprehensive architectural, structural, and electromechanical (MEP) design services, in addition to preparing complete tender documentation, managing the tendering and award process, and undertaking full construction supervision.
The architectural concept is centered on efficient space planning, controlled production flow, and clear zoning between manufacturing, storage, and administrative areas to ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. Structurally, the facility is engineered to accommodate heavy production equipment, large-span manufacturing halls, and future expansion possibilities. The MEP systems are carefully coordinated to support continuous industrial operations, including power distribution networks, HVAC systems suitable for food-grade environments, plumbing and drainage infrastructure, and integrated fire protection systems.
Through close multidisciplinary coordination and strict on-site supervision, the project is being executed in accordance with Egyptian codes and international standards for food manufacturing facilities.
