Our firm has been appointed as the Lead Engineering Consultant for the Rich Land Factory, a specialized production facility for fruit and tomato concentrates located in Sadat City, Egypt. The project is designed to support efficient food processing operations while complying with strict hygiene, safety, and industrial production standards.
We are delivering comprehensive architectural, structural, and electromechanical (MEP) design services, in addition to preparing detailed construction documents and providing full construction supervision throughout the execution phase.
The architectural design focuses on optimized production flow, functional zoning between processing, storage, and service areas, and compliance with food safety requirements. The structural system is engineered to support processing equipment loads and ensure durability in an industrial environment. The MEP design integrates coordinated power distribution systems, HVAC solutions suitable for food processing facilities, plumbing and drainage networks, and fire protection systems to ensure safe and continuous plant operations.
Through strong multidisciplinary coordination and on-site supervision, the project is being executed in accordance with Egyptian codes and international standards for food manufacturing facilities.
