Following the successful delivery of Rich Bake’s previous facility in Sadat City, Egypt, our firm has been appointed once again as the Lead Engineering Consultant for their new branch in New October City, Egypt. This expansion reflects the client’s continued growth and confidence in our multidisciplinary engineering expertise.
The new Rich Bake Factory is designed as a large-scale, fully integrated food production facility developed to support high-capacity manufacturing operations while meeting stringent food safety and quality standards.
Our scope includes comprehensive architectural, structural, and electromechanical (MEP) design services, ensuring full coordination across all disciplines. The architectural planning focuses on optimized production flow, clear functional zoning, and efficient logistics movement to enhance operational performance. The structural system is engineered to accommodate heavy industrial loads, long-span production halls, and future scalability. The MEP design incorporates advanced power distribution systems, industrial-grade HVAC solutions, plumbing and drainage networks, and fully integrated fire protection systems to support continuous, high-volume production.
This project further strengthens our portfolio in delivering large-scale food and industrial manufacturing facilities across Egypt.
