Our firm was appointed as the Lead Engineering Consultant for the Powerhouse Factory in 6th of October City, Egypt, providing comprehensive architectural, structural, and electromechanical (MEP) design services, along with construction supervision and the preparation of detailed construction documentation.
The project focused on creating a high-efficiency manufacturing facility designed to meet stringent production standards, food safety regulations, and operational demands. The architectural design emphasized functional layout, efficient circulation, and seamless production-line integration, ensuring smooth operational flow. The structural design was tailored to accommodate heavy industrial loads, long-span production areas, and future expansion needs. In terms of electromechanical design, we integrated coordinated power distribution, specialized HVAC solutions, plumbing, fire protection, and all necessary infrastructure to support continuous manufacturing operations.
Additionally, we developed comprehensive construction documentation, including drawings, technical specifications, and tender packages to ensure regulatory compliance with local codes and international standards.
