Project Description

Our firm has been appointed as the Lead Engineering Consultant for the P&J Food Industry Factory, a specialized industrial facility dedicated to the manufacturing of packaging drums for juices and food products. The project is strategically located in Sadat City, Egypt, within a well-established industrial zone that supports large-scale manufacturing operations.

We are providing comprehensive architectural, structural, and electromechanical (MEP) design services, along with the preparation of detailed construction documentation and full construction supervision throughout the execution phase.

The architectural design emphasizes functional zoning, efficient production workflow, and optimized circulation to support high-volume manufacturing processes. The structural system is engineered to accommodate heavy machinery, industrial loads, and large-span production areas while ensuring long-term durability and operational flexibility. The MEP design integrates coordinated power distribution networks, industrial ventilation systems, plumbing and drainage infrastructure, and advanced fire protection systems to ensure safe, continuous, and efficient plant operations.

Through rigorous multidisciplinary coordination and on-site supervision, the project is being implemented in compliance with Egyptian building codes, industrial safety regulations, and international standards for manufacturing facilities.
