Our firm was appointed as the Lead Engineering Consultant for Karly Food Factory, a major food processing and manufacturing development owned by Karly for Agricultural Foods. The project is strategically located in Sadat City, one of Egypt’s key industrial hubs.
We delivered a fully coordinated scope of architectural, structural, and electromechanical (MEP) design services, in addition to comprehensive construction supervision.
Our architectural approach focused on operational efficiency, hygienic zoning, and smooth production flow in accordance with food industry standards. The structural design was developed to support heavy machinery loads, long-span production halls, and future expansion requirements. Meanwhile, the MEP systems were meticulously coordinated to ensure reliable power distribution, HVAC and ventilation systems suitable for food processing, plumbing and drainage networks, fire protection systems, and overall infrastructure resilience.
Through advanced multidisciplinary coordination and strict site supervision, the project is being executed in full compliance with Egyptian building codes, industrial safety regulations, and best practices for modern food manufacturing facilities.
