Project: Phase 2 of the Kamal Amer Axis – Giza Governorate (from the Ring Road in El Monib to the Middle Ring Road in El Badrashin) 

Scope of Work: Preparation and submission of planning and detailed design studies, review and approval of drawings, and periodic supervision of construction 


Project: Construction of the East Aswan Bridge – linking the East Aswan Road to the Aswan Suspension Bridge 

Location: Aswan Governorate 

Client: Housing and Building National Research Center (HBRC) 

Description: Road and bridge over the railway, with a total length of 1,250 meters and a width of 20 meters 

Scope of Work: Design, preparation of execution documents and tender documents, and supervision of construction


Project: Road Network for Al Mostakbal City – Extension of New Cairo from the East 

Client / Contractor: Al Mostakbal Company (Arab Contractors) 

Consultant: Space Consulting Office 

Description: Design of main and secondary road networks with a total length of approximately 38 km, and preparation of execution documents 

Year: 2016


Project: Al-Wasta Railway Crossing Bridge (Fayoum) on the Egypt–Aswan Road 

Client: General Authority for Roads, Bridges, and Land Transport 

Description: Bridge above Bahr El-Ibrahimiya Canal and the Al-Wasta–Fayoum railway line, with a width of 18 meters and a total length of 700 meters 

Scope of Work: Preparation of preliminary and planning documents, necessary coordination, detailed design studies, tender documents, and full-time supervision of construction 


Project: Decent Life Initiative – El Husseiniya Center, Sharqia Governorate 

Client: Assigned by the Major Projects Department – Engineering Authority of the Armed Forces 

Scope of Work: Supervision of the implementation of sewage, water, electricity, and road networks across 41 villages in El Husseiniya Center 

Description: The scope includes supervision of gravity sewer networks, electrical works, roads, government service complexes (educational, medical, sports, and agricultural), as well as pumping and treatment stations 


Project: Development and Rehabilitation of the Farafra / Dakhla Road – New Valley Governorate   

Client: Engineers Administration – Engineering Authority of the Armed Forces 

Scope of Work: Implementation of a quality control program for road embankment formation and pavement layers 


Project: Eighth Parking Garage – Grand Egyptian Museum (EGOTH Land) 

Client: Engineers Administration – Engineering Authority of the Armed Forces 

Scope of Work: Structural design of the reinforced concrete framework, service buildings, lighting works, fencing, and car parking canopies 


Project: Construction of the Teneida – Manfalut Road (Phase 2), 50 km from the Dakhla side – New Valley Governorate 

Description: Regional road axis project connecting Tanida and Manfalut in New Valley Governorate, Egypt. 

Scope of Work: Review of drawings and detailed designs, review and approval of shop drawings and survey reports, and full-time supervision of construction 


Project: Counselor Adly Mansour axis  – Tanta – Gharbia Governorate

Description: Road axis / infrastructure project located in Tanta, Gharbia Governorate, Egypt.

Scope of Work: Design and construction supervision


Project: Construction of a Railway Overpass Bridge on the Sofitel Axis – Luxor Governorate 

Client: Housing and Building National Research Center (HBRC) 

Description: Flyover bridge with a total length of 315 meters and a width of 17.5 meters, with a total cost of 84 million Egyptian pounds. The bridge crosses the Egypt–Aswan railway line, a railway line affiliated with Qus Sugar Factory, in addition to two water channels and a 12-meter-wide road, transforming the Sofitel Axis into a free-flow corridor without intersections 

Scope of Work: Preparation of preliminary and planning studies, detailed design studies, and tender documents 


Project: Mivida Resort – Area 23 – New Cairo 

Client / Owner: Emaar Misr Company, on an area of approximately 24 acres 

Scope of Work: Review of designs and preparation and approval of workshop/execution drawings for road networks, sewage, water and irrigation systems, medium and low voltage electricity networks, and low-current systems 

Year: 2018


Project: Water and Sewage Networks for the Villages of Beni Suef, Al Wasta, and Nasser Centers – Beni Suef Governorate 

Client / Owner: National Sanitation Project – General Authority for Potable Water and Sanitary Drainage, Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and New Urban Communities 

Scope of Work: Design, preparation of execution documents, and supervision of sewage networks, pumping stations, and treatment plants for approximately 35 villages 

Contractor: Arab Contractors Company 

Year: 2018


Project: Rixos Sea Gate Tunnel – beneath the main road in the Nabq area, north of Sharm El Sheikh Airport 

Client: El Mashreq for Tourism and Urban Development 

Description: Pedestrian and electric vehicle tunnel, approximatel constructed beneath the main road in Nabq area, with a cross-section of approximately 6 × 4 meters, made of reinforced concrete (cut-and-cover method) 

Scope of Work: Structural design, preparation of execution documents, and construction supervision 

Status: Completed and operational – 2016


 Project: Rixos Sea Gate Tunnel
Client: Al Mashreq Tourism and Urban Development Company
Location: Beneath the main road, Nabq Area, north of Sharm El Sheikh Airport, Egypt
Description: Reinforced concrete tunnel for pedestrians and electric vehicles, approximately 55 meters in length, with a cross-section of  6 × 4 meters, constructed using the open-cut method
Scope of Work: Structural design, preparation of execution drawings and tender documents, and construction supervision
Year: 2016
Status: Completed  


Project: Tirana Hotel Tunnel and Facilities
Client: Radamis Tourism Investment Company
Location: Nabq Area, north of Sharm El Sheikh Airport, Egypt
Description: Reinforced concrete tunnel for pedestrians and vehicles, approximately 70 meters in length, utilizing precast concrete elements, with cast-in-place reinforced concrete used for the entrances. The project also included the structural design of a meeting room and modifications to the conference hall
Scope of Work: Structural design, preparation of execution drawings and tender documents, and construction supervision
Year: 2013  


Project: Rehana Tunnel – beneath the main road in the Nabq area, north of Sharm El Sheikh Airport 

Client: Rehana for Tourism Investment Company 

Description: Pedestrian and electric vehicle tunnel approximately 35 meters long, constructed beneath the main road in Nabq with a cross-section of about 5 × 4 meters, made of precast reinforced concrete. The tunnel was completed in 24 hours without stopping traffic 

Scope of Work: Structural design, preparation of execution documents, and supervision of construction 


Project: Infrastructure Networks for the Nabq Area – Charming Sharm Company – Nabq Area, north of Sharm El Sheikh International Airport 

Description: Road, electricity, and main water networks for the area, with a total length of approximately 30 km 

Scope of Work: Design and preparation of execution drawings for roads, electricity, telecommunications, water, and sewage networks; the road network was implemented in phases and handed over to the General Authority for Tourism Development 

Year: 2006


Project: Infrastructure Networks for the Makadi Area – Makadi Tourism Development Company – Makadi Area, approximately 30 km south of Hurghada 

Description: Main road, electricity, telephone, water, and sewage networks for the area, with a total length of approximately 45 km 

Scope of Work: Design and preparation of execution drawings for the networks
