Our firm served as the Lead Engineering Consultant for Bariq Factory for Modern Industries, owned by Bariq, a subsidiary of Raya Holding. The facility is strategically located within the CPC Industrial Zone in 6th of October City, Egypt.
Our scope included the delivery of fully integrated architectural, structural, and electromechanical (MEP) design services, in addition to comprehensive construction supervision.
The project comprises the development of a modern industrial facility designed to support advanced manufacturing operations with high levels of efficiency and performance. The architectural concept focused on optimized spatial planning, streamlined production flow, and the seamless integration of operational and administrative components within a cohesive industrial layout.
From a structural perspective, the facility was engineered to accommodate industrial load requirements, machinery foundations, and long-term durability. The electromechanical systems were carefully coordinated to ensure reliable power distribution, energy-efficient lighting, HVAC systems suitable for industrial environments, and fully integrated plumbing, drainage, and fire protection networks to maintain operational safety and continuity.
Through rigorous multidisciplinary coordination and proactive on-site supervision, the project is being delivered in full compliance with Egyptian codes and relevant industrial standards, ensuring quality, safety, and sustainable operational performance.
