Our firm was appointed as the Lead Engineering Consultant for Al Fursan Factory for Food Industries, delivering comprehensive architectural, structural, and electromechanical (MEP) design services, in addition to full construction supervision and preparation of detailed construction documentation.
The project involves the development of a fully integrated food manufacturing facility engineered to meet stringent production, hygiene, and food safety standards. The design approach was driven by operational efficiency, controlled processing flows, and compliance with industrial best practices for food processing environments.
Our architectural scope focused on functional zoning, optimized circulation, and production-line integration to ensure seamless operational performance. The structural system was carefully engineered to accommodate heavy industrial loads, long-span production areas, and future scalability requirements. The electromechanical design included fully coordinated power distribution systems, HVAC solutions tailored for food-grade environments, plumbing and drainage networks, fire protection systems, and infrastructure designed to support continuous manufacturing operations.
In addition to design services, our team prepared comprehensive construction documents, including detailed drawings, technical specifications, and coordinated tender packages, ensuring clarity, buildability, and regulatory compliance. Through disciplined multidisciplinary coordination and rigorous on-site supervision, the project is being delivered in accordance with Egyptian codes, industrial safety regulations, and international standards for food manufacturing facilities.
